A deeply relaxing, mindfulness session of different meditations at Twilight, in the wildflower meadow at the Potting Shed Therapy Garden in Middlemarsh, nr Sherborne.
Hilary from Antlered Path has been facilitating Nature based meditations for over 25 years. She is a meditation coach and specialises in guided journeys. She is also a Shamanic Practitioner and offers courses, private sessions and retreats through Antlered Path.
This gentle evening will include a hot drink at the end. If the weather is wet, we will arrange a different location for the meditation session. Otherwise it will take place in the meadow near an old Oak tree. Please message for more details. £12.50 per person. At last,😍🐝🧚♀️ open from Good Friday, after 10 months hard work creating the new Wellbeing Nursery, Therapy Garden, Middlemarsh, Sherborne.
Gradually coming together, sun circle seating area, slabs finished. Started planting middle bed where the large Trachycarpus is, which was brought over from the old potting shed. Irises flowering, spring is on its way. 🌞🐣🐝🌾
Few more updates on progress, first perennials on benches, lots of digging done.🐝 Some paths finished & first sign put up.🙏😍🌞 Still lots to do, if anyone has any free time, help would be appreciated. Hope to open at The Wellbeing Nursery, Therapy Garden Easter. 🙏🌳🌼🐝
Zen garden coming along nicely, display beds & paths nearly finished. 🌞 Chicken run & orchard getting cleared. Recycled pallet fence in progress.🌦🌳🐝
